As far as I see it, it is a 4 pins fan with the colors,
Black/Red/Yellow/Blue

So you should connect it to the fan connector as followed,

1-Gnd/Black
2-12v/Red
3-Sense/Yellow
4-Control/Blue

On my image you see,

1-Gnd/Black
2-12v/Yellow
3-Sense/Green
4-Control/Blue
