Okay, so if I understand correctly, these measurements are from another 800hd receiver, and do provide all voltages.
And it has a network problem.

And, the previous measurements, with a missing 5v measurement is another motherboard.
Visual problems such as what this receiver still does, is not mentioned yet.

Is this correct?

*The box with 5v problem, if it is really true that you miss only the 5v from the U6..
See the previous message, the removal of the 5v 0 ohm resistor.
