Check for Bad Sectors?

Hi,
My dreambox 800se was working very fine with the Openpli Japhar Image. Since 2 days the systems freezes and even reboot is stucking sometimes. I have flashed to new V8 version but the issue still appears. Is there any possibility if maybe the flash has an issue with bad sectors? Is there any chance to check this?
Free space is more then enough (10 MB)
