-Fix for xrysoi.se/ provided by @mworker.
-Setup - exteplaer3 for ffmpeg 3.0 will work with all 3.0.X versions.
-Fix for hasbahcaiptv.com/ in the webstreams host.
-Add login support for the goldvod.tv service in the webstreams host.
-Fix crash when new OpenSSL is detected.
-Add new service pierwsza.tv/ to the webstreams host.
