Based on that you get a normal terminal output, and no boot issues. Then there is no reason to replace the crystal. Maybe you need to reset your bios to fabric standard. But, there are also other reasons why the network fails, even the connector could be the reason. Se for all the information I have here.. Dm800HD network-issues
