-> error!If you have such error (with no NO CA ERROR message), this means that your sim card is not communicating with the motherboard. Be sure it's properly inserted. Admin P.S.: If with your old Sim 1.0 it works but not with new Sims (Japhar/Ferrari/Sim2), then it could be the power issue found on some DM800HD boxes, read this topic http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=2332#Post2332

i clean sim card contacts and little bit up contact pins from base,beacuse my sim card adapter was damaged from aside, so sim contacts connection not made properly when i press sim card upper case including sim card then this error disappeared and work properly.
