Install in Flash, and let us know (don't use any multiboot), then only we will know if it's a bug of the image or incompatibility of your installation.
Your command above is just updating the lists, not the image. Use the GUI way to update the image or enter the full command to also update the image.
Admin In flash i have yours openpli v13 and i have no problem. but i need install in usb stick for prevent flash memory damage.
