DM800 clone crash with latest (Mar 16) openpli

Hello,
I have installed the SuperSim3 Japhar on my DM800HD clone. It works well with the old OpenPLi 4.0 with IPTV from November 2015. However when I fash the latest OpenPLi 4.0 with IPTV (1200+ FREE IPTV Channels) for Japhar NC3 SuperSim3 - March 2016 the system crashes and I get the green screen with the crash message. The system reboots but it crashes again. How can I solve this?
