I installed a second signal cable from the dish and I plugged the cable with the Dream on, I saw the spark that and now does not come out no signal .
Maybe you can fix , if the two tuners are managed by the same chip , and maybe the problem is perhaps only protection ( resistance) come in, which can be replaced.
