VU+ Solo (Ferrari) v2 issue

Hi, i have 2 decoder Vusolo ferrari vu 2 .
i have installed:
VU+ Solo : FERRARI OpenPLi 4.0 IPTV GStreamer 1.7.2 MastaG for FERRARI VU+ SOLO V2
but in one of this decoder i've "tune failed" in H e V signal
can you help me?

Then I confirm, you are right, it's v1.0 or v2.0 Security chip Ferrari. If you have problems with the Tuner, it could be v1.0 ? Did you tried other images and does ALL images have such problem ? Also the various DE-OpenBlackHole 1.4 image by Toysoft ? Try them all. http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=105#Post105Admin

thanls for help , but nothing to do.. same problem... only some frequencies i see
when i set Hotbird 13 and research only 350 channel but of these 350 I see only some in H and V.
as if the frequencies are incorrect , I also tried again with OpenPLi , but I have the same result.
I do not really know what might be the cause
