Try other USB Port or other computer, the GCR2 programmer needs good USB connection and powered connection. Some computers could not give enough power, also check the Control Panel, Hardware section to see if it's recognized or not. As we wrote you, please tell us which OS you are using, we need the exact version and the Device Manager panel screenshot. Admin
