DM 800 HD Clone IPTV Buffering 98%

I re-installed my dm 800 HD clone yesterday with openpli-enigma2-4-dm800-20160415-Jasper-20160416.nfi It worked fine. However, on switching ON the DM today, I noticed the IPTV channels will attempt to open but stops at - Buffering 98%. I rebooted several times but IPTV channels were not opening. So I used the flash recovery script and obtain more space but that did not solve the problem. What can I do?

I did the recovery of Bad sectors and the buffering stop.
However, today. its not working again.
Will see how to use other Japhar Images.

My tip is really to move to the Japhar Sim and not use a badly patched image, instead use our real Japhar images... so get a Japhar SuperSim3.
So swap to Japhar Sim and use a Japhar image.
