BlackHole IPTV v20 by MastaG with IPTV (1300+ FREE IPTV Channels) for Ferrari V3 boxes with preinstalled the compatible skin as discussed on this topic.  - Original cvs. - Blazing fast. - GStreamer 1.9.1.1 - Using the mx-hq9w skin (which is their latest official skin they are using atm). - Backported fixes from OpenPLi, including a fix for a possible GS. - Applied Dreambox specific fixes for ac3/dts bypass support. - Applied backports from official PLi to support the latest gstreamer and eLogging interface. - Implemented the official Vu+ addon manager using the Green button (inside the Blue panel). - Feeds online. i have quite bad skin, i did install this on dm500hd and skins is mx-hq9w..
when this skin will be fixed- the mx-hq9w

hi, i did and is mixed openpli and open blackhole theme ... instaling apk via opkg give me error skin

The image on the first post is already having the skin, so you just have to activate it once you have done the setup, on the setup menu you can select other skins (installed) than the default one.
The skin posted here I believe will work only on BH version, and not OpenPLi this due to differences in code/software between the OpenPLi and the BH based on OpenPLi that has various addons that OpenPLi is not capable of managing (that BH version does support).
