It is built in the image, the streams IPTV that are in it are compatible with the GStreamer 1.9.1.1 built in on the newer Linux software, and so will not work with older images that don't support GStreamer 1.9.1.1. Most other images are using an old GStreamer Linux software that is few years old, and version 0.10... lot older than then new public GStreamer Linux 1.9.1.1.
