Hello.
Does Japhar sim speeds up the box - in comparison to "standard" Ferrari sim?
Or maybe it depends on the image?
What are the benefits of the new sim card?
I know, I can upload different kinds of images, it's programmable etc.
But if I have a good, stable image (PBNIGMA II VX), is it really worth to change it?
I'll appreciate any advice.

Another question: is it possible to show IPTV channels in one of the Bouquets, just like normal satellite channels?

Regards
Bart

The Japhar Sim is 4 times bigger in memory than the normal other Sims, like the Ferrari. It also have a hardware coprocessor for DES, 3xDES, RSA etc, so definitely quicker than any other sim as the Ferrari that doesn't have hardware calculation.

Newer images, only for Japhar, are capable of the latest GStreamer that is designed for the IPTV streams, and there is hundreds of free FTA IPTV channels on the MastaG image for Japhar.

So definitely it's a big jump from Ferrari to Japhar, and Japhar is still compatible with Ferrari, so you don't loose anything, you just get more from your upgrade.
