I don't find any RT5370 driver for the image you talk about. If the image doesn't recognize it properly then probably you have only left the solutions to use a better supported image, such as the OpenPli 4.0 IPTV but would need to upgrade the sim to the Japhar NC3. The OpenPLi 4.0 IPTV recognizes automatically the RT5370 Wifi Dongle, but you need a NC3 Japhar Sim. http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=1940#Post1940TS
