Dreambox keeps losing flash

Everytime i flash my mates dreambox when i restart it i get the no ca error found again?
It flashes ok everytime but its as if it losing the flash
come up bios no ca found
do you reckon it could be the L800?

And.. if it's a hardware issue. Maybe if you measure the Nand flash chip I/O pins it could say something. They should be in the x.xx Mohm range. Also check the CE pin (Chip Enable), if it's connected to ground, if not, it disable the nand flash chip, but you are still be able to flash the chip.
