DM800 Tuner IF Range

Hello, I did try to recieve Es’hailsat promo video from the Amateur Transponder on 25.9 East: 10493 H DVB-S2/QPSK MPEG-4 2000 2/3. And my DM800 Tuner cannot lock signal, i can type in 10493 for scanning but nothing found. Sat tuner is normally from 950MHz is it possible to change IF Range a little bit lower in the dvb tuner code to recieve ? Without mod of LNB
