My DM520 original can't flash image due to not sho

My procedure as..

Power on receiver, within 0.5 of a second you must press and hold the power button on the front panel.

Will see a sequence of colours blinking on the power button. Blue, purple then red, but then a constant blinking red.Actually should Blue.and box not show IP address , It show

Turn off and on your Modem/Router, like that your box will get an IP Address from the DHCP/Router that probably finished the available IP addresses.

then Turn off/ Turn on Modem/Router . My understanding is correct or not.

Turn off / on Modem-Router, and then it will get IP available for boxes in your network. If you don't get the IP it means your cable/switch is not properly connected or defective, or your Modem-Router is not having IP available.

I had tried to flash to other receiver (DM900 UHD original).It have a same problem so think that Modem/Router not provide IP in DHCP mode.
