As posted to you by email, we need you to provide us the paypal email address your friend paid, so we can know which sim was ordered and sent. As the Sims are programmed with the OS/DM requested at the buying.

If you have a PC/SC programmer such as the GCR2 (Available at http://www.japhar.com/japhar/) you can even reflash yourself the Sim with the OS for your box, OS you can find on the Box Japhar Section in the Forum. Go here : http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=postlist&Board=46&page=1

Then get the file, unpack the archive and you will have .bat, .exe, .nc3 files and run the .bat to reflash your sim.

P.S.: For your data posted, you used the ALLSIM that will never show any information about the Sim as it's an ALLSIM SSL.

Code:
Information

 Product ???
 Bootloader Version Build #84 (2011-09-01)
 Board revision N/A
 Serial Number N/A
 MAC Address N/A

Re: Have a problem with sim - 10/31/15 05:11 AM

We need you to tell us the paypal email address that was used to buy the sim, so we can tell you which OS is loaded into your sim. Without that information it will be difficult to help you.

The NO CA ERROR message means you have ordered the wrong sim for your box, most probably you ordered the DM800HD and in fact you needed DM800HDse, so we need to know which sim your ordered and we can know this only if you provide us the paypal address of the buyer.

The Sim you received is reprogrammable, but to do so, you would need a Windows Compliant PC/SC programmer as the GCR2.

P.S.: After check with the details, your friend ordered a DM800HD sim card and not a DM800HDse. But in your country we have 2 members who have the GCR2 programmer so we could provide your details to them if they can help you. But first would be to check if you can find a PC/SC Reader/Programmer, that is very common used for Windows Login Smartcard, eBanking PKI Smartcard, State Services Smartcard, Health Smartcard reader etc...
