Hi !
When flashing dreambox via web browser I experience with some images that it stops at 30/56/75% and I have to use DreamUP/JapharFlash. Someone who knows why ?

Try to reset BIOS of box and to set the "Bad Sector Recovery" option when you flash an image.
Also check with another PSU, perhaps your PSU is EOL.

When I use JapHarFlash or webrowser ?
When I flash OpenBlackHole 6++ IPTV (v3-v5) Flashing with browser is OK
OpenPli 6++ and OpenPli 7* i have to use JapharFlasher

You can do both things thru Telnet to the box IP address,
- Recover Bad Sectors (HowTo) : DreamUp & Telnet
