Japhar SIM for DM800se V2

Hi Guys,
My JapharSIM for the DM800seV2 arrived toay but there is NO Tutorial How to..Flash Box

Do I have to Flash any OS first with OLD SIM inside and then Change to JapharSIM and Flash image.? OR what..?

Also another thing that I have noticed is that a lot of Threads are being Posted and Answered in Foreign Languages, and NOT English. This is leading to a lot of answered Q's NOT being understood by the English speaking members. This has become very frustrating.

I understand that we are a European Forum BUT the Internet Forum Language is English.

If I want answers to my problems in French or Italian or German I will go to a Forum which specifically supports these languages.

There is very little Info about the JapharSIM for DM800seV2 and most of it is Foreign... which does NOT help Guys.

Please lets get back to the Roots.

I am happy that you got your DM800HDseV2 sim already, it was fast ;o),

You have the tutorial here, and it also includes the DM800HDseV2 if you watch closely, we added it one week ago on the very good advise of a member that this was missing and he was having difficulties to find the ALLSIM for DM800HDseV2.

So all should be fine since last week, and you have most probably all answers to your questions on that topic linked above. And... it's on the English section of the forum, as there is English, Italian, Spanish, French, Greek, German, Portguese, Spanish sections on the second part of the first forum entry page.

About the Forum talking about few languages, we admit it, but as moderators / Admins, we try to answer to such questions in the language of the member (to try to help as much as possible) and to switch asap back in English as you probably seen. It's a little freedom we keep open, as I personally found on other forums that this was too strick not allowing questions from members who doesn't know english, as I personally speak English, Spanish, Italian and French, if I can help a member in any of these languages I try to help (and not stike back ;o)).

Understand about keeping a little freedom and choice, you are of course right.!
Just that this topic DM800seV2 was covered mainly in other languages.

OK, lets get back to the subject at hand,
So I get the secondstage ALL SIM OS for the DM800seV2 JapharSIM from here:

1.Leave Old SIM in Box Flash secondstage ALLSIM.
2.Turn Box OFF at the back.
3.Exchange the Old SIM for the JapharSIM and then connect Box again for Flashing and Flash new Japhar 800seV2 image via Browser as usual.

Job well done.

Good procedure yes, just never use again the back Push button of the DM800HDseVx Sim2 boxes, as these load the SSL Sim2... that is now useless. So use the frontpanel button to set the box to Flash mode.
