Most probably you have a problem on your HDD, configuration of it, or not formatted properly, or wrong place, external USB, etc...

As here I am recording on an internal hdd (into /media/hdd/movie or /hdd/movie) that channel in IPTV no problem, with exactly the same image V13 and on my DM8000HD.

I had the same issue after re-mounting internal hdd to /media/hdd by TS Panel (couldn't do by recording paths steps).
Will try to re-flash and send feedback.

Personally I wouldn't use TS Panel as it alters mount points in the image and causes issues.
