Sim 1.0 working, Sim Japhar-Ferrari and Sim2 not working...

One of our members had a problem with his DM800HD, he was using an old Sim 1.0 on his box and wanted to switch to the newer images and so upgraded his Sim. None of the new Sims were working (with ->error message)... and we told him that most probably this was a problem on the motherboard (perhaps not fully supply of Power to the smartcard chip).

He found out that the Sim 1.0 was working with a 2.2v, but when inserting the Japhar-Ferrari Sim or the Sim2 it was dropping at 1.5v... the result seems to be a Transistor to replace.

See photos attached.

The 5v switch for the Sim 5v pin 1 is feed from the Q8 center pin, the drain side.
Check if the print track from the Q8 to the sim card holder is still intact.

Next step is to measure the Q8, or to replace.
That is, if the Q9 is working well, otherwise the Q8 will not be switched.

I think check the values according my measurements at Ohm and diode measurements.

See the image,
