Fancontrol2 have a (test) option to set the software for 3-pin, or 4-pin fan.

Suppose it's set on 4-pins, than a 3-pins fan will never stop.
But also, you need to do the test in order to have the settings correct.

Obviously, the fan need to be connected to the J802 fan connector, otherwise it will not work.

in fact I set fan to 4 pin of a 3 pin but with the same result on the monitor screen to me that does not want to stop

As far as I see it, it is a 4 pins fan with the colors,
Black/Red/Yellow/Blue

So you should connect it to the fan connector as followed,

1-Gnd/Black
2-12v/Red
3-Sense/Yellow
4-Control/Blue
