Dm800se E-Star u1101 5v replacement ic

Because it's difficult to get the SYY1930 dc to dc ic, I have found a solution that works even better.
By replacing the U1101 ic with the TPS54329EDDA

You only need to replace the ic, and a few resistors to get the right output voltage.
