Wont boot with cable tuner installed

I have a strange problem with a dm800hdse.

I have switched the tuner to a cable tuner when i turn it on it wont boot.

if i disconnect the hdmi lead it boots no problem and the tuner works fine, i have tried 3 different tuners and they all the same, will not boot if hdmi is connected.

with sat tuners installed the box will boot with the hdmi connected?

any input anybody?

Which manufacturer is the box from ? (Which sim it has in it, and which image are you using in it ?).

Estar v3 sim with all sim 84 bootloader.

Open pli image not sure which one.

EStar hardware always had hardware/power issues, check with Johnny as this is probably the reason (bad design), that he fixed.
