Motherboard d6 is dead

Motherboard d6 of my DM800hd SE is dead ,I have Japhar sim card NC3 V1.
I found motherboard REV.d4 and REV.E
wHICH ONE TO BYE FOR MY JAPHAR SIM CARD..

Both will work with Japhar Sim, don't worry. If it's DM800HDse motherboard, then you are OK.
