Non trova il file, prova a lanciare il commando direttamente della directory dove c'e il file.
cd /tmp
poi mandi il command d'istallazione,
opkg install --force-overwrite *.ipk

mi da sempre lo stesso errore come prima ho anche eliminato la cartella media ma e sempre lostesso

It looks like you need to PM Fairbird about it, as it fails to extract the CONTROL file from the ipk,
