Vu+ Duo image freezes sound goes on

Hello to all forum user,
need help,
have a vu duo which works fine about 15 minutes. Then the box freezes but sound is going on. I have to turn off and restart the box. Does anyone know this problem?

Probably a power problem ? Same with other images ? If yes then hardware, if no then use another image.

I tried with other software, changed PSU. LNB-singal is ok; another vu+ DUO works without any problem. How can I test memory or the nand flash chip?
