How to run m3u file openpli 4.0 image I installed oboom plugin and convert the m3u file but the chnnes not work but on vlc it works how to fix ?

Contact your Plugin Developpers to understand how it works and with which images.
You can instead also use the EnigmaTV IPTV Generator, that is doing the conversions of the IPTV Lists.
