Sims and SSL - 08/02/16 11:56 PM

Hi all,
Great to be here, site is tops,
and not judgemental of clones smile

So i have a dm800se v2 clone, works well,
it has sim 2.2 and ssl88a, i can't find many files for this combination of sim/ssl.
Is the ssl downloadable, ie: can i flash ssl84, would
this mean i have to change sims?

cheers

A box needs the right software/image for the sim in the box.

So you cannot use other images than the ones built for your box/sim.

So if your box has a Sim2 2.20 and SSL88A, you will have only these images (SSL88A based) that you can use.

This until we release our Sim for DM800HDseV2, that is not yet ready, and will then publish images for it.

You cannot use the SSL84 (Original) in your box, as you would need an original Sim inside... and only the Original boxes have it (and in this exact case, the v2 boxes have a chip and not a simcard, so this is even harder). Your only hope is that we release our Japhar for DM800HDseV2.

We prefer to not give any time, as in IT and software, as well as reverse/coding, it's a science that has no "real time".

When available we will announce it here,

Yes, our sim works 100% on the DM800HDseV1, but your V2 is VERY good, you done a very good choice.

Just be patient, or you can have fun with our beta version of the DM800HDseV2 Japhar Sim, and get the PC/SC GCR2 programmer so you can immediately at releases of our Beta versions try them out ;o), as you can reflash your sim yourself with the OS we publish here...

No, as DM800HDse (v1) and DM800HDseV2 are different receivers,

84d is for v1, 88a is for v2.
