How to Import Iptv list

I have dm800se and i use the image:
-SuperSim Japhar DM800HDse : OpenPLi 4.0 for EStar - SEPTEMBER 2015

I want to watch IP TV channels.

How can i add the M3u file?
When i add the list, is alwayS up to date?

And it's highly recommanded to upgrade your Sim to the latest Japhar., as you can use the latest December 2016 image with GStreamer 1.11 and ExtePlayer 3.
