What do I need for IPTV on dreambox. - 09/15/21 09:00 AM
Hello I am trying to get a pay iptv server on my dreambox to work. Is it possible on a HD800SE ? I have a japhar sim, tried some things. A m3u list does not work, the server works on a mediaplayer.

You can no problem insert such type of "service" into your box with the OpenPLi 7.x and 8.0 images.
Generally they gave you a command line, but if you get a m3u list, just use the EnigmaTV IPTV Generator to insert the list into your box (that converts it to Dreambox Channel List format).

Thank You, I was looking for extra plugins but got no results. So the list and convert should work / I am very busy so now i know how it should work. I have more boxes all with openpli 7 or 8.
One box gives me troubles, it had an old ferrari sim. Strange errors and green screens. Replaced it with japhar sim but still problems. Suspect memory problems.

Hello,
The import of the m3u list to .tv dreambox list is the best, but remember that these boxes had 64 Mb of Flash memory, and there is only 3-4 Mb left after installation... so be very careful to not fill it too much (needs to have at least 1 Mb free), as otherwise the box with get Green screens. I believe that this is more the real reason, keep an eye on memory use (with SSH/Telnet/Putty type the command "df -h" to see the flash available/left).
