Try to upload with FTP using "binary" mode, or reupload as it looks like to be a corrupted file or you uploaded an Enigma1 PPC CCcam 2.3.0... generally the MIPS Enigma2 CCcam is named CCcam_230

Install (manually with Telnet) the FAM and install it from there,

opkg install --force-overwrite *.ipk
