OpenPLi 4.0 IPTV and JAM for DVB-T Installs

We added auto-installation for various Sticks/Chipsets directly in the JAM. A867, AS102, DIB0700, CinergyT2, Siano, AF9005, AF9015, AF9035 dongles should be supported.

Select and it will install it doing 2 reboots. Easy, simple and should work with VU+ and DM boxes (with Japhar Sim). All should be installed with Japhar OpenPLi 4.0 IPTV images.
