Plugin for external recording

Since I have to remove the advertising in a recording contained in the hard disk of the decoder but the file is corrupt (on the dec I have no problem to see it). I tried to rebuild it with different programs but nothing.
With the internal plugin to cut I do not find myself.
I ask if there is any plugin that allows to start normal play from the internal hard disk by recording on the external USB hard disk of the decoder.
