The plugin can give you, for instance, FilmOn (UK Live, with BBC, ITV, Ch4 etc.) and much, much more, in terms of IPTV! I use it with SmartDNS service (cheap!!! [you can even get it all encrypted via a proxy server with VPN in various countries]) to get the UK IP address and it works (Smart DNS Proxy + SmartVPN + VPN): Quote: https://www.smartdnsproxy.com/ Put the .ipk in /tmp folder of your E2 STB and install the usual way, then go to Plugins and start the IPTV Player > Update the plugin to the latest version first! When you choose, for example, the Web Stream section and go to FilmOn, for instance > UK Live TV > (blue button) More > Set Active Movie Player > if you have a good IT provider/fast connection choose "[internal] without buffering" > I usually choose low bitrate but you can try high, too, see if it works... That is, actually clumsily named "External Player 3" (smaller than Gstreamer, easier on the memory) and it works, generally speaking.... Latest version, updatable from the plugin itself, is 70.00.04.00. Place it in /usr/lib/python2.7 - then, restart E2 and update! gorski VIPF Japhar journeyman Registered: 04/25/15 Posts: 62	I tested it on Ferrari 500 HD with PBNIGMA 3.01 by Delfi, on 70.00.05.00 version. The results are phenomenal! I am tempted to call it a "VLC of Enigma2" - it plays anything thrown at it! Heavy-duty hight bitrate 1080p + DTS mkv file goes without a hitch! One can't FF or RW but it works where it matters most! For instance... FF and RW work fine in various avi files, mp4 etc. Not to mention that it all flies! VOB/TS files, also! Mind, I would recommend using Enigma's built-in DVD Player for DVDs, of course - but even that works... Oh: I can see the change from "Internal" to "External", finally... Reduces confusion...
