hello, I had problems with the network connector. I't replace the connector.
the image was gone. I try to to upload the image but now i get the notification :
R01: no ca found. I have a sim from japhar V210..
I have tryed to install the :
enigma2-plugin-japhar-flashing-sim-nc3-v6_dm800hdse-1.0_all.ipk
I get the next notification: INVALID IMAGE (OR OLD VERSION)
the: secondstage-dm800se-84-allsim.nfi do not work to.
What i have for options left. i know for sure that it's only a installation afther that it will work again. I do not know how? can someone help me with thia problem?
I work with a drambox clone(sunray) 800HDSE V1

Which image (please post the exact name of the file) you uploaded into the box before getting the R01: no ca found ?

Your box is not having a Japhar Sim, but a Sim 2.10 from Sim2 Team.

If we know the image you flashed that gave that error, we will then be able to give you the best way to restore the box.

i think now perhaps is it beter to start of scatch ?
it is a japher sim. i had ordered in september 2017.
it's writen DM800HDse V1 NC3(V3-V5) as info.
i know i had then a instruction how to install the japharsim.
but unfortunately i lost it.
i do not now what to do ?

We found that you bought a DM800HDse v1 sim (v4-v5).

You can proceed in flashing any image that is v3-v5 from DM800HDse V1 section.

If you are in NO CA ERROR, it would mean you flashed an image that is not for Japhar (Original, or from another Clone). All images Ferrari and Japhar are working. If you want to use a v6 image you should need to upgrade the OS to v6 reflashing the sim (you can do it easily with the JAM, see the topic about).

i have do it as you write.
i have now the image:
openpli-enigma2-7star-dm800se_Japhar_v6_wEPGImport.
the box startup now. only has problem with searching the channels.
ik looked with a satfinder device. and the cable has signal.
i thought the tuner is defective, but with other tuner is the same.
bij signalfinder optie in the menu is everything 0% en 0db
i use twin lnb. for hotbird/astra
the installed software of the tuner is the same as write on the chip.(bcm4505 or something)
or can a renew the tuner driver?

This is normal if your sim is still on v3-v5 mode, you will have no working tuner with a v6 image.

You will need to flash the sim with the OS v6, and this can be done easily (Softcam MUST be disabled when you launch the Sim internal upgrade to v6), going into the JAM second option and selecting the DM800HDse OS v6 (0) flashing. The box will reboot 2-3 times (let it do it) and then your sim will be upgraded to the compatibility of the old v3-v5 images and the new one v6.

Ok, will try to explain with some screenshots, yes definitely the JAM reprogramming the Sim card inside the box is magics, totaly agree with you ;o). Much simpler than removing it and using a reader/programmer to reflash/reprogram the sim manually.

0) Press the Blue button when you are watching a channel, and select the Softcam settings, be sure there is no cam activated. Should be in position "none" on OpenPLi, then validate it with Green button. Example below is for DE-OpenBlackHole



1) Go to Plugin menu and select the JAM (Japhar Addon Manager)



2) Go to the second option and select the DM800HDse OS v6 (0) as on screenshot 02 and 03 below.



3) Let it do the job, it will reboot the box 2-3 times and the sim then will be reflashed automatically to the v6 OS.



You can now use any Japhar image, v3-v5 or v6.

my tv is black now with dreambox on.

what i do:
first try the blue butten. but no cam info. i go true menu
option cam/ci module. in the part cam is the notification : none.
i can not change it to disable.
second i follow the rest with the pictures.
my box display give notification:
downloading-installing (next i can not read but something with sim)
at 13:56. the box display has still this notification.
what i do wrong ? i am afraid to unplug the power.

The box will reboot at least 3 times, while programming the sim card, so you need to let it go. It could take up to 10 minutes to do the job. Generally it takes 3-4 minutes.

The box when all wil be done will reboot and the boot will go properly with the correct boot screen of the image.

I start the box on with the (mini flashup button)
first i get the notification: no ca or image. After that
comes bios no ca found.

I can no image uploaden. what i do wrong ?
normal start it gives de notification R01: no ca found.

The mini-flash button on the back will be usable ONLY with the sim that was in the box when the box was bought. If you want to use that mini-button, you need to replace the Japhar sim by the old sim.

If you don't have anymore the old sim, you will have to use the JapharFlasher to initiate the flashing using it with the two cables, RJ45 + Mini USB cable.

You will then have to do as explained above by TS, flashing the image and just after (without reboot) flashing the ALLSIM SSL.

This done turn off the box and you can put back the Japhar Sim. Then boot the box, and apply thru the JAM the OS upgrade to v6.

i have installed the image and the allsim.
start up the box and install the OS V6 sim
afther instal the V6 sim the box stayed blank in the display.
i turn of power afther 30min. then the box starts up for 3 times.
afther that the box start normal. but now i can not searching channels.
the tuner is empty.
what i can do more ?

Flash the Japhar image OpenPLi, below, then check if you have the tuner with it,

and try to watch for example the IPTV FTA channels "Company TV", it's the 4th on the list.

Is your sim in that box a Japhar sim ? If it's a Japhar Sim, it would do this if the sim is not programmed for the DM800HDse v1, or if the sim was not properly programmed. If it's not a Japhar, then it will naturally give this error of wrong sim.

So if it's a Japhar you can always flash the box with the image below again,

Turn off the box and then insert the old sim in the box, take the Japhar and insert it (with the sim plastic it came with) in the correct frontpanel slot and have it flashed with the JAM second option (in Plugin), at the end of the list you will have the FrontPanel Flash DM800HDse v1 v6 (up or down slot, put it right with chip first looking down).

You need to read what the software shows on the screen during flashing of sim to be sure to know what is happening (take a photo and post here so we can read the messages during programming of the sim).

i do exactly what you write. first image then the ssl all.
old sim in the box and the japhar in front. i put the sim in the
lower sim card holder. when i want flash it stoks(see picture)
i look inside de sim card holder, in the lower are no contacts.
in de the uper the card not fit. the frontpanel dissamble else
i can not put the sim in it(see picture) the card is skewed in de
sim card holder. after flash i get no errors(see picture)
at last it is oke i think?
What i can do now?

Your sim is flashed successfully now, it's a DM800HDse V1 Japhar v6 sim card.

Now it would work with all images on the DM800HDse V1 Japhar section,

You can see on the logs that the ATR before was finishing by 05 18 (looks like for DM8000HD or DM800HD), and now 06 3B that is good for DM800HDse... so perhaps you had flashed the wrong OS. Now it should be fine.

I put the re-programmed sim in the box. Startup and the box see the tuner now, but no signal of the dish.

I put the openpli 7.2 as image on the box, now I have signal of the dish.

Today I go install the channels, only the IPTV I see only the channels. When I choose one it do nothing. The rest I think works ok.

Thanks for the patiens of you all. I had almost give up.

As you seen, with some patience you successfully done every step, and will get all working. When there is a problem it could come from different things, you need to find each one and fix individually, then slowly you will get all working well.

Try to do a scan of the dish (be sure you setup properly the dish parameters and the exact correct position in the setup of the satellite in the menu/tuner), with the software to see if the box finds channels or not. As loading a channel list sometimes is not a good idea as it could be not "compatible/corrupted" with the image installed.

It's still possible that the dish is not properly pointed, or the tuner could be in part defective, or some issue with the software (but this last is remotely probable if you have the correct sim + image compatible installed with the sim, also try to flash a v3-v5 image instead of v6 to see if you have the image on Sat or not on it).
