how do I program the sim japhar for different decoder . Where can I find japhar.exe and how I use it . thank you

Hello Sal,

You find the OS/Firmware on the Japhar section of the box, you have on the top of each Japhar DM section, the OS/SSL/Drivers part. Entering there then you have the various topics with the Dual OS or Triple OS.

On the files you have the infos on how to do it, so how to reflash the box with the new Japhar image and flash the sim, then replace the old sim by the new one.

Example for DM800HD :

You go to :
- Japhar Ferrari Sim
- Japhar Sim for DM800HD
- Japhar Sim OS, SSL and drivers for DM800HD
and you choose the OS you want for your sim
- DM800HD Sim Ferrari OS Application
- DM800HD SuperSim3 OS (3i1 Ferrari, Japhar, Sim2xx)
- DM800HD Sim 2.01/2.10 OS Application
- DM800HD Sim 1.0 OS Application

Then inside one of these 4 sections you will have the archive file with all details, eg for Triple sim : DM800HD_OS_TrippleSim.rar

I bought you GCR2 Reader - Programmer for Japhar Sim, a reluctant red diode, and the repairman says that is incorrect, one of you performs the repair, where card reader to send a replacement?

The GCR2 has no Red Diode,... which programmer are you talking about ?

Try it on another computer as well, like a WinXP Laptop with USB Port, and remember that you could have to install the drivers.

No red sory, yellow LED, the device manager is not present smart card reader!

The programmer has a Green Led, that flashes and is stable with you insert the simcard inside (full card with sim on it).

Which OS version are you using ?

The programmer was tested and was working when sent, this is why we are asking you about which OS etc. As you need to test on another computer, etc. We have on the hundreds of programmers sent, never one fault.
