If your date stays in 2013.01.01, just send the command "rm /etc/init.d/japhar-init", and it will fix it. This fix is for Beta V9 and some V8.

Then reboot your box and go on a DVB channel, this date was set to allow IPTV only receiving and to have the PVR function to work properly, so it will be necessary only if no date is set by the DVB and you use only IPTV. If you have DVB then remove it as explained above.
