How to install: Send plugin to /tmp and from telnet..
After download plugin send to /tmp and gave this command in telnet
opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk
If you can not install Remove old one and install again here how to remove
opkg remove --force-depends enigma2-plugin-extensions-weatherplugin
Should be Restart enigma2 After installed
