CrossEPG should be built in, if I remember well, so it should be on the Setup Menus/Plugin section. The CCcam can be installed from the JAM 5.x, also in the Plugin section. For the IPTV, it's built in the software, so you can already use the build in Streaming/IPTV FTA list that is on the box at installation. If you removed it uploading your own Channel List, you can always recover it thru the JAM also, see below how to do it, this topic explains how.
