Black screen at the second startup.

Hello
i have a dreambox 8000 clone with a Japhar sim, when i flashes it with any new image it wil start up up oke and i can see for instans the Pli landscape's after that i can view television.
But when i start it up a second time, after a restart it boot normal, only the landscape' s turned to a black screen, and i can not watch tv.
I have to flash it several times to get it back to normal.
what do i do wrong, please help me
