Yes, sure, you need to use a PC/SC Programmer/Reader (most Windows smarcard readers are), and you can then reflash it with the DM800HDseV1 OS you can find on the DM800HDse Japhar section here, under the OS section. http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=postlist&Board=67&page=1Generally this is the Dual OS, Ferrari+Japhar one.
