JapharFlasher works 100%, with ALL Sims (Original or Clone), but you need : - RS232 cable connected to the PC and DM800HD - RJ45 cable connected to the Router and the DM800HD (and Network must be activated in JapharFlasher with a correct IP for the PC and for the box within the domain network of the Router) Also, remember that sometimes the DM800HDpvr boxes can fail because of the 4 big capacitors, if these are defective (see topic below), you MUST replace them, as the box will never boot if these are bad. Best tip is to replace it by a new Sim to stop this error. I tried again with JapharFlasher but still error! If it were from capacitors db wouldn't boot at all or had frezee's Maybe it's from sim card But this message on putty that takes ip but then tftp fails doesn't mean something? Or something can be done via putty to flash a bootloader?
