I see we don't have any Topics about these DM900/920 UHD Boxes yet, so I will start.

I have absolutely NO experience with "arm.based Receivers" like VU etc..so this is a learning curve.Tks

Thinking of getting one of these DM900UHD and would like to get to know more about it first before I buy.

I have read about Flashing the images via "Rescue Mode" but does the RAR file,
" SIM230_openatv-6.0-dm900-20170820.rootfs.tar "
need to be UNZIPPED or does it go ZIPPED into WEB Browser..in "Rescue Mode".?

Do the usual Proggies like DCC_E2 and E-Channelizer or dreamboxEdit (64) also work on the DM900/920 arm based Boxes.?

I am reading lots of problems loading images, loading Oscam, loading Plugins etc etc..on Original and SIM2.30 Clones, is this true or do Back-Ups work fine.?

I have read that Original images with modified " lib.module" files CAN be loaded/changed/updated on SIM2.30 Box images and work well, is this also true.?

I asked the same Q's in a DM900UHD SIM 2.30 Clone Forum and got really stupid answers, first to come here and secondly NOT to ask Q's in DM900 Section but to use Chat Zone for this...very strange rules.!!!
