Hello Archie, You need to remove the frontpanel, as you can see on the photo below the sim is "placed" in a way that is difficult to move the sim socket if you don't have the frontpanel removed first or at least unscrewed (be careful with the flat tables, so better just unscrew to bend it, than totally removing it). Did you already received your sim ? Looks like the post from Europe to USA is fast nowdays ;o). Admin
