Hello, Welcome to the Japhar Sim Forum. Swap/Replacement of the sim, removing the old and installing the new one is like replacing the sim card in a mobile phone, so it would be very easy to do it. (To upgrade the software you just need to flash a Japhar image to your box, then turn off the box, and replace the old sim by the Japhar Sim, and turn on the box, then your box is upgraded to Japhar and working with all our images).
