Which image did you installed ? If you take an original image and change the SSL, it will in 90% of the cases not work, as you really need to patch the image and a specific knowledge is necessary for each image, knowing how it works and what needs to be patched and what else is not needed.

The best is really to use the images built by forum advanced users for your sim if you still have not the experience. If you want to learn then the best way is to get other's patched images and study them to find out what was done to replicate, taking hours, days and weeks to finally understand and have it working yourself.

So check if your box with Japhar sim works if installing any of the images on the DM800HD Japhar Section below, if you have problems with these then be sure you have the latest OS in your Sim, and if this is the case then you probably have an hardware problem. But 90% of the Tuner problems are due to anti-clone features from original images not properly patched.
